The 2018 O'Cannabiz Conference and Expo, which took place June 8-9 in Mississauga, Ont., explored the business and legal sides of the budding cannabis industry. The two day-long event also featured a pre-conference bootcamp filled with educational sessions on June 7, the eve of the event. 

The two day long conference and expo saw the attendance of lawyers from firms such as Aird & Berlis LLP, Brazeau Seller LLP, Torys LLP and more. There were also legal counsel from various cannabis companies present as well. 

Informative panels about health, business, lifestyle and of course, the law, took place surrounding the cannabis industry. The expo portion of the event featured the sales of marijuana growing products, cannabidiol (CBD) oils and creams, edibles, plant seeds and more.
