Jessica Campbell has joined Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP as counsel in its litigation and dispute resolution group, based in Vancouver.

Campbell’s practice focuses on insurance law, especially in the areas of construction and product liability, the firm said in its announcement.

Across her career, Campbell has also resolved disputes in several other areas, including health law, class proceedings, commercial contractual disputes, real property, intellectual property and bankruptcy/insolvency. She has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, said the firm.

Prior to joining Fasken, Campbell was a partner at a boutique litigation firm in Vancouver. She volunteers with the Pro Bono Consumer Protection Clinic at the Vancouver Justice Access Centre.

“Jessica’s experience spans several industries and strengthens the dispute resolution capabilities of our team,” said Will Westeringh, Fasken’s managing partner for the BC region.

According to her profile on the firm’s website, Campbell graduated with a bachelor of science degree in animal biology from the University of Guelph and an LLB (with distinction) from the University of Alberta. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2009.
