The South Asian Bar Association of Toronto has given Bennett Jones LLP partner Ranjan Agarwal the President’s Award

During SABA’s 14th Annual Gala and Awards Night on Nov. 27, SABA Toronto’s president recognized Agarwal for his important contributions as a South Asian lawyer to the promotion of justice within Ontario or elsewhere.

Bennett Jones congratulated him in an announcement in the firm’s official website.

“It was a great honour to be recognized by SABA Toronto,” said Agarwal in an online post. “Thank you.”

According to his profile, he has experience in complex disputes such as class actions, as well as cases involving commercial, arbitration, constitutional, and employment matters. He was a former president of SABA and is currently the treasurer of the Ontario Bar Association.

He has been recognized as a future or rising star in dispute resolution by Lexpert and as one of the 25 most influential lawyers by Canadian Lawyer.
