Canadian Lawyer reveals top Personal Injury boutiques for 2021

Fighting for the rights of those injured or facing disabilities as a result of an accident or medical malpractice has put personal injury lawyers to the test, especially during COVID-19.

Luckily, this year’s crop of Canadian Lawyer’s list of top personal injury boutiques was up to the task, taking clients through the sometimes long and arduous process of having their claims settled through negotiation or trial.

Personal injury firms also had to determine the best way to do business remotely during a pandemic. While COVID-19 put a cloud over the process by slowing down the court system, there was a silver lining in the form of lower disbursements and travel costs, and not always having to bring in an expert witness to testify in person.
