Julianne Belaga has worked at Relus Technologies and at Corus360
Converge Technology Solutions Corp. has announced the appointment of Julianne Belaga as chief legal officer, alongside other changes to its board of directors and to certain management team roles, approved during its annual general meeting.
Belaga has worked as general counsel at Relus Technologies, an information technology company in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, and at Corus360, a technology company belonging to the Converge portfolio of companies.
Belaga, admitted to the state bar of Georgia, U.S. in November 1998, is a member of the bar’s corporate counsels section. She earned her law degree with distinction from Emory University in 1998 and her bachelor’s degree from New York University as cum laude in 1995.
Shaun Maine, chief executive officer of Converge, called Belaga a “consummate professional” who has been working with the team since the completion of its first acquisition.
“As we continue to focus on acquisitions and as we expand our activities outside North America, having someone of Julianne’s talent and experience in this new role will be an important part of our future success,” said Maine in a news release.
Converge, a software-enabled IT and cloud solutions company headquartered in Toronto, has regional sales and services organizations that provide advanced analytics, cloud and cybersecurity offerings to clients from differing industries.
