Winners have won the hearts and minds of clients in Saskatchewan and Manitoba for years

Canadian Lawyer's Top 10 Prairie Firms for 2021 revealed
Canadian Lawyer’s Top 10 Prairie Firms for 2021 have been announced

Western Canada has seen some of the toughest battles with the COVID-19 pandemic. But Canadian Lawyer’s Top 10 Prairie Firms for 2021 (five from Manitoba, five from Saskatchewan) managed to keep chugging along, and even prosper, despite some of the highest caseloads relative to population.

Our winners all had to adapt — whether it was staying in the office, working from home or combination of the two. They were also kept busy by developments in the law, especially relating to COVID-19 — employment and labour questions, the issue of mandatory vaccines, and helping those who have fallen on hard times.

This year’s top 10 list contains a lot of familiar names. Indeed, most of our winners have been on the list since at least 2011. It’s a sign of how these firms have won a place in the hearts and minds of survey respondents, many of whom commented on the winning firms’ expertise and professionalism.

Now it’s time to reveal our winners. Canadian Lawyer congratulates them all! The full list of winners can be found here.
