Babin Bessner Spry leads plaintiffs in $202M commercial case

Babin Bessner Spry partner Cynthia Spry represented the plaintiff in a $202 million commercial case that leads this week’s Commercial List roundup. Law firms that appeared in the most corporate commercial case this week include Miller Thomson, Adair Goldblatt Bieber, Borden Ladner Gervais, and Drudi, Alexiou, Kuchar.

Among the commercial cases this week, the most notable case is Cerieco Canada Corp. v. Mizrahi et al with a concerned amount of $202 million. Babin Bessner Spry partner Cynthia Spry represented the plaintiff, while the respondents appear to be unrepresented.

A second notable case is Anson Advisors Inc. et al v. Stafford et al with a concerned amount of $111 million.
