McCarthy Tétrault, LOLG act in 173-million-dollar commercial case

McCarthy Tétrault and LOLG represented parties in a multimillion-dollar case, while Blakes, Fasken, Bennett Jones, Koskie Minsky, Hull and Hull, Lenczner Slaght, and Tyr also made appearances in commercial list matters this week.

The week’s most notable commercial case was the $173,197,700 case Coxswain Row Capital Corporation v Nigig Power Corporation et al. Here, Lax O'Sullivan Lisus Gottlieb LLP lawyer Andrew Winton represented plaintiff Coxswain Row Capital Corporation, while McCarthy Tétrault LLP partner Darryl Cruz represented defendant Nigig Power Corporation.
