Clark Wilson has welcomed Anastasiya Sadovska as an associate in the firm’s family law group. Her practice covers cohabitation agreements, marriage agreements, separation agreements, divorce, spousal support and entitlements, asset and debt division, parenting issues, relocation, and child support.

The firm has welcomed Scott Clark as an associate to the infrastructure and projects group in DLA Piper’s Toronto office. Clark’s practice focuses on infrastructure and projects, with experience in commercial strategy, procurement, insurance and privacy law. He previously worked as a legal counsel at an Ontario Crown agency.
Farris LLP
Matthew Lawson has joined Farris as a senior counsel in Kelowna. Lawson specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate commercial law, equity and debt financing, and securities matters.
Fogler, Rubinoff LLP
Michael Rosen has joined the firm as a partner in the wills and estates practice. Rosen’s expertise covers all areas of estates, trusts, incapacity and charitable giving. He is experienced in the planning and drafting of wills, trusts and powers of attorney, the administration of estates and trusts, business succession planning, and non-profit and charitable giving.
Harper Grey LLP
Harper Grey has welcomed Hamish D. Gray as an associate in the firm’s business law group. Gray specializes in real estate transactions and financing, encompassing commercial leasing, commercial acquisitions and sales, real estate development, construction agreements, commercial financing, residential conveyancing and mortgages.

Lawson Lundell has also announced that Colin Luke has joined the firm’s Calgary office. Luke’s practice covers the structuring and implementing of share and asset acquisitions, mergers, financings, and corporate reorganizations.

Trevor Moum has joined Pallet Valo’s will, estates, and trusts practice. Moum has acted for clients in estate disputes and multi-day hearings, guardianship applications, breach of trust claims, certificates of pending litigation, contested shareholder agreements, and oppression remedy applications. He is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners of Canada (STEP) and holds the internationally recognized designation of Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP).
