King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has strengthened its Singapore and Hong Kong offices with the additions of Gary Hamp, Indraneil Ghosh and Ike Kutlaca to the partnership.

Hamp joins the Singapore branch with more than 12 years of experience practising in Asia. He previously served as co-global practice group chair of Latham & Watkins' banking practice and once headed up the banking group at Hogan Lovells in Hong Kong.

He has tackled leveraged finance, acquisition finance, structured lending and secured syndicated financings; moreover, he has represented private credit funds and provided advice on the banking law aspects of complex restructurings.

Ghosh commenced with KWM Singapore as a special counsel in 2021 and has since provided guidance on funds management, private equity, and M&A matters. He has worked across international fund centres in Dubai, Singapore and Sydney.

Kutlaca logged a four-year tenure at KWM Melbourne before relocating to the Hong Kong office in 2016. He is a specialist in the execution of substantial multi-jurisdictional transactions.

He has advised boards, shareholders, and senior management on strategic and operational decisions. In particular, he concentrates on M&A, corporate, education, real estate, and fintech issues.
